Jill M. Hudson
founder, Esq., SPHR
A human resources generalist, with years of professional human resources experience at the manager, director, Vice President and Executive Vice President /Chief Human Resources levels in public, private, and professional services environments. Jill has a broad background in employee relations, compliance, benefits design and administration, organizational design, performance management and training and development. Her educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Ohio Northern University and a Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University. She has also completed significant course work toward a Ph. D in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Georgia.
Jill has shared her knowledge as a Senior Faculty Member of the University of Phoenix, Oklahoma City campus where she instructed in the Graduate Business School's MBA and MAOM programs. She is a frequent speaker and trainer for a wide variety of organizations and programs. Jill is qualified to administer and interpret the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator, and is a certified Mediator along with extensive experience as a team development facilitator.
Jill's work experience in the human resources field includes a wide variety of environments including retail, government, and large and medium corporate organizations. Companies include Macy's Department stores, C.H. Guernsey & Co., Oklahoma City/County Health Department, McDonald's Corp., Sonic Corp. and the Bob Moore Auto Group.
Jill is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Oklahoma City Human Resources Society. She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification, is a member of both the Oklahoma and American Bar Associations and is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma.
Her community involvement includes seats on the Boards of Directors for The Center for Non Profit Management, Traveler's Aid, Suited for Success and the YWCA. She also serves on the Administrative Council, chairs the Pastor/Parish Relations Committee, and is a member of the Chancel Choir for Chapel Hill United Methodist Church. Jill was selected as a finalist and one of the Fifty Making a Difference by the Journal Record newspaper in their 2001 Woman of the Year program.
Dr. W. Chris Hudson

An experienced professional with extensive expertise in education, marketing, advertising, and sales development. His career spans management roles across educational institutions, client and agency settings, and media organizations. W. Chris has worked with well-known brands such as McDonald's, Hardee's, and GTE, and media outlets like The Wall Street Journal, the Oklahoma Gazette, and
the Journal Record. He has also contributed to traditional advertising agencies like Ackerman McQueen and
Jordan Associates.
In the field of education, W. Chris has served as an adjunct,
assistant or full-professor at Western Governors University, the University of Phoenix, Oklahoma Baptist University, Oklahoma City University, and Oklahoma City Community College. He teaches marketing, business, and humanities/critical thinking, showcasing his passion for lifelong learning and active learner engagement.
Dr. Hudson excels in team building, resource management, and development. He fosters effective work environments by leveraging diversity, strategic planning, and alignment. As an excellent presenter and lecturer, he has been featured in commercial and industrial training videos, as well as consumer broadcast and print advertisements.
His educational background includes a BA in Mass Communications from Oklahoma City University, a Graduate Professional Certificate in Marketing, an MBA, and a EdD in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix; these are complemented by national professional sales training and facilitation.
Chris is active in professional, civic, and church organizations, having served on the boards of the Oklahoma Zoological Society, Citizens Caring for Children, and the OCU Alumni Association. He has held leadership roles in the Oklahoma City Advertising Club and the American Marketing Association Symposium for the Marketing of Higher Education. Additionally, he has championed diversity initiatives at Apollo Education Group, Oklahoma City University, and Southern Nazarene University.
Dr. Hudson's was recognized by the Oklahoma City chapter of the AMA with the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023.
